Although our Team Members throroughly cleans from top to bottom and left to right so as to never overlook a ceiling fan or bookshelf or even a wastebaskett, on occasion we have made a mistake.
And while mistakes such as these are not at all intentional, we can truly understand any frustration a client may experience when returning home only to find a less than perfect cleaning experience.
That is why if for any reason a client is not completely satisfied with the work we’ve performed, all they have to do is let us know within 24 hours and we will gladly return and re-clean the overlooked area free of charge, and to prove we're serious about our commitment to excellence, we'll provide the client with a 15% discount certificate to use for any future cleaning.
